- Seed through Series A companies scaling critical teams
- Protocols approaching mainnet, token launch, or major upgrades
- Fintech teams building regulated payments, ledger, risk, and compliance systems
- AI companies moving from research prototypes into production infrastructure
- SaaS companies scaling engineering, product, platform, and GTM systems
We started in crypto. The thesis got bigger.
TTR is a founder-led search and talent advisory firm for venture-backed blockchain, fintech, AI, and SaaS companies. It began with a narrower conviction: the people building blockchain infrastructure were among the most consequential hires in technology, and generalist recruiting was not built to find them.
Six years later, the boundaries between blockchain, fintech, AI, and SaaS are less clean than they look on a category map. The operator who understands regulated rails, resilient systems, or technical product pressure can often move across markets. The substrate changes. The hiring problem is familiar.
Built for markets where operator quality compounds.
Most recruiters work inside one category. TTR is built around the overlap between markets where infrastructure, regulation, speed, and technical judgment create a higher hiring bar.
- Protocol and infrastructure engineers
- ML, MLOps, platform, and data infrastructure leaders
- Payment, ledger, treasury, risk, and compliance operators
- Product, growth, and technical GTM leaders
- VP Engineering, Head of Product, and executive operators
Operating principles
Signal over noise
The work is not resume forwarding. Each search is built around the role's actual risk: technical depth, timing, motivation, compensation, and fit.
Institutional rigor
Emerging markets move quickly, but the cost of a wrong senior hire is too high for loose process. TTR brings structure without slowing the search down.
Velocity without compromise
Speed matters because markets move and candidates disappear. The goal is not more activity; it is qualified signal in front of the right decision-makers quickly.
Cross-sector pattern recognition
The best blockchain, fintech, AI, and SaaS operators often share the same underlying experience: infrastructure, scale, ambiguity, and consequence.
A focused search desk, not a volume machine.
TTR keeps the public team surface simple: the people closest to search strategy, market intelligence, candidate access, and client execution.

Founded in crypto
TTR began as The Crypto Recruiters, focused on blockchain protocols and crypto-native companies when the market was still defining its talent standards.
Built through volatility
Protocol engineers, DeFi architects, compliance leads, and market operators were placed through a full cycle of bull-market urgency, collapse, and rebuild.
Pattern recognition expanded
The strongest hiring patterns started crossing categories: distributed systems, regulated infrastructure, technical product judgment, and operator resilience.
Fintech became part of the thesis
Payments, lending, compliance, treasury, and ledger systems made the overlap obvious. Infrastructure hiring was no longer only a crypto problem.
AI and SaaS joined the map
Production AI teams and scaling SaaS companies started facing the same pressure: scarce senior talent, noisy inbound funnels, and high-cost mis-hires.
The Tech Recruiters
The rebrand reflects the broader search thesis: one focused talent layer for blockchain, fintech, AI, and SaaS companies hiring under execution pressure.
