2. Services
The Tech Recruiters provides executive search, talent advisory, and recruitment services for venture-backed and early-stage companies across the Blockchain, AI, Fintech, and SaaS sectors. Our services include but are not limited to: candidate sourcing and screening, talent pipeline development, compensation benchmarking, market intelligence, and hiring infrastructure audits.
TTR is not an employer of record for candidates and does not make final hiring decisions for client companies unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.
3. Client Engagement Terms
3.1 Fees and Payment
Our fees are outlined in individual engagement agreements between TTR and the client company. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, placement fees are due upon the candidate's acceptance of an offer. Payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice.
3.2 Guarantee Period
We offer a replacement guarantee as specified in your engagement agreement. If a placed candidate voluntarily leaves or is terminated for cause within the guarantee period, we will conduct a replacement search at no additional fee. The guarantee period and specific terms are defined in your individual service agreement.
3.3 Exclusivity
Engagement terms, including exclusivity arrangements, are defined in individual service agreements. Retained searches may include exclusivity provisions as mutually agreed upon.
4. Candidate Terms
4.1 Representation
By submitting your information to TTR, you represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You authorize us to present your profile to potential employers and to verify your qualifications, employment history, and references.
4.2 No Employment Relationship
TTR acts as an intermediary between candidates and client companies. No employment relationship exists between TTR and candidates. All employment terms, including compensation, benefits, and working conditions, are determined by the hiring company.
4.3 Candidate Communications
Candidates should provide accurate information and keep TTR updated if their availability, compensation expectations, authorization to work, or search preferences change. Any restrictions on client-side solicitation, introduction ownership, or placement fees belong in the applicable client engagement agreement.
5. Equal Opportunity and Screening
TTR supports equal employment opportunity and does not knowingly assist in searches that are designed to discriminate on the basis of protected characteristics. Any employment tests, assessments, background checks, reference checks, or automated screening tools used in a hiring process should be job-related, consistent with business necessity, and handled in accordance with applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, market intelligence, compensation data, and proprietary methodologies, is the property of The Tech Recruiters and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
7. Confidentiality
Both clients and candidates acknowledge that information shared during the recruitment process may be confidential. All parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, including but not limited to: candidate identities, compensation details, client hiring strategies, and market intelligence shared during engagements.
8. No Guarantee
TTR may provide recruiting support, market context, candidate introductions, and hiring process guidance. We do not guarantee that any candidate will be hired, that any candidate will accept or remain in a role, that any client will extend an offer, or that any search will produce a particular business outcome.
9. Limitation of Liability
TTR provides recruiting services on an "as-is" basis. While we exercise professional diligence in screening and presenting candidates, we do not guarantee employment outcomes, candidate performance, or the accuracy of third-party information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Non-Solicitation
Client companies agree not to directly solicit or hire TTR employees or contractors during the term of engagement and for 12 months thereafter, without prior written consent. This provision does not apply to unsolicited applications made without TTR's involvement.
11. Website Use

12. Indemnification

Any dispute arising under these terms should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Any mandatory venue, arbitration, or dispute-resolution requirements should be set out in the applicable written engagement agreement.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
